Suzanne Zazulak Pedro was reared in the Deep South, a la Nouvelle Orleans (New Orleans, Louisiana) which was her first foray into the world of manners and etiquette.

Certified by The American School of Protocol in Atlanta, Georgia in both Corporate and Children's etiquette, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University of the South have allowed her to combine the two into a unique classification as a "Social Engineer." Her graduate studies in forensics, criminal justice and law has allowed her to recognize and extract the goodness in others.

Married to a senior international airline captain(ret.) has allowed her the opportunity to transverse many contienents and participate in the customs of a global society.

She holds title of Chief Officer of Protocol for her city, and currently several books for corporate and children's etiquette are in development.

Her company, The Protocol Praxis, LLC offers an individual a unique opportunity to garner personal and business success through a program of social engineering. This is accomplished by utilizing the fine art of etiquette and protocol combined with the different facets of psychology.

Our premise is based in the fact that one's behavior and manners are firmly rooted in forms of verbal and non-verbal communication. Since manners are 80% communication and 20% kindness, a unique approach to etiquette was conceptualized.
